AP Biology Prep Books

Okay, which is the best in terms of practice tests? I'd like to be overprepared.

I don't know about the practice tests, but Cliff's is great overall. Although it only has one practice test, it has plenty of quizes after every section. The content is quite sufficient, but brief and succint as well. Barron's seems to be much more comprehensive, though it seems more dense -- worthless if you aren't able to read through it all.

I think the best source of practice tests would be from your AP instructor. They may have actual tests from previous tests that spans decades.

imo you don't need to prep. just pay attention in class, and read campbell. <-- great textbook

i like barrons.

Cliff's is great. It follows Campbells very closely, so can be used as a summary of what is important in the (1000 page - ouch!) textbook

I got a 5 using nothing but the Princeton Review, but if you want to be overprepared, I suggest Barrons.
