If it helps, I'm a sophomore. I've heard Cliffs Notes was the best, so I'm thinking about buying it... Although I have the best grade in that class and what not (I actually help out other kids in my class, but hey, I like to help), I think it might be good review. Is there a new edition coming out soon? Should I wait? Thanks!

P.S.
I am also taking AP Language at the moment and going to take AP US History next semester (and yes, my dean and teachers let me... I'm just that awesome of a student :D). Should I get an AP Language review book? It seems like that'd be a test you can't really "review" for... I have the REA Review Book for AP US History, and after reading the textbook, I feel like they do leave out some points. Should I get another AP US History review book? Thanks again :)!

The new Cliffs edition has already come out. However, since you are an excellent student, I’d actually advise getting the updated Barron’s instead. Cliff’s was somewhat dry and didn’t put enough emphasis on the labs, I think.

And no, I don’t think you should get an AP Lang book…practicing the essays and working on reading comprehension (skills you can’t get from a review book) is more important. And, like you said, you can’t really “review” for it.

I’ve never taking APUSH, but you could get Crash Course. I heard Crash Course is really good for AP histories, es
Racially when I look at the reviews in Amazon.
