AP Calc BC online or at a nearby University?

So here's the problem: I am a rising junior right now (Class of 2013), I took AP Calc AB sophomore year and will be taking AP Stats junior year. I would like to take BC senior year but our school don't offer it. So there's an option between taking it online or at a CC/University. I heard people say that the online class is not helpful at all -- basically the teacher just send you the stuff you need to know every day etc. Im not really a self study person so I'm afraid that the online class might hurt my grades & AP score...

So what should I do? Or is there anything else better I could do in your opinion?

Thanks :)

Although you’re not a self-study person, do consider that quite a bit of BC is review of AB, just in more depth. True, the BC only topics (Taylor series in particular) can be a bit nasty and maybe not particularly easy to teach yourself, but I wouldn’t rule out that option, even if only as a last resort. Good luck!
