aghhh i thought the fr was pretty difficult…completely blanked on the lhopital probably only got 5/9 and 4/9 on all the frq
This test was definitely harder than 2015 but overall wasn’t too bad. I just ignored the Lagrange and messed up one of the differential equations. Pretty confident I got a 5.
Ikr I missed 6 and 4 frq
I took AB and thought FRQs were very easy. I breezed through the non calculator(except 1 problem) and the two calculator were pretty easy too. I thought MC was harder, mostly from the non calculator MC questions. Fairly confident I got perfect scores on 3 or 4 FRQs but MC might kill me.
@sportsdude10113 I got weird fractions as well…hopefully they were right
I bombed FRQ–didn’t do the entire last question and likely missed one part of two others FRQs. Felt pretty confident on MCQ at least. Anyone know last year’s curve?
I think I had to integrate by parts and by fractions once each. A fair portion of the exam seemed conceptual than gritty integrals like most of the prep material out there is focused on
yeah what was with those fractions in the taylor series one
Ran out of time on two sections :/. Missed 4 of the Non-Calc MC completely, then guessed on 4 or 5; guessed on 1 or 2 of the Calc MC too, but at least answered them all. All FRQ were okay, but ran out of time on #6 and only answered like half of it. Assuming everything I answered is correct I still have a 5, and even with a few wrong, but I am worried. Did anyone else have timing issues and/or find the Non-Calc MC to be the hardest part of the test?
AP Calc BC test wasn’t so bad after all! I thought the free response was good just section 1 of non-calculator was pretty rough.
I thought MC non-calc was the hardest part…especially cause at the beginning of the test I was super nervous and had limited confidence and therefore couldn’t think straight. Guessed on so many that it probably ruined my chance at a 5
Free response wasn’t as bad but I know I messed up #4 and didn’t get to finish #6
I thought the test was decently hard. I think I missed a few on section one and not toooo many on the fr, but I’m fairly confident I got a 5.
On a scale of 1 (easiest ever) to 10 (I’m just gonna put numbers together and form new numbers):
No calculator sections:
MC 1- 5.5
FRQ 3- 4
FRQ 4- 5
FRQ 5- 8 (this one WAS SO HARD LIKE WHAT EVEN)
FRQ 6- 4.5 (my teacher predicted this would be on the exam, so I was semi prepared)
Calculator sections
MC 2- 4
FRQ 1- 5.5
FRQ 2- 8ish (this one was also really hard)
So overall, I think I’m getting a 5. MC was fairly easy, and I got most of the FRQs right.
[BC] I don’t know what to think, I feel relatively confident that I performed alright on the multiple choice, but the non-calc portion of the frq, that was just bad…
What was #4 frq about again? I completely forgot the question.
4 was the one about differential equations with y=f(x) and y=g(x) and y=h(x)
That parametric FRQ was awful, forgot all the formulas. Did well on 6 and did absolutely pathetic on the table one I think #2. However, I liked the MC, so maybe I’ll end up with a 5
@hsc927 We are unfortunately not allowed to discuss the questions until they are released on Saturday. I also don’t really remember, but it’s either remember it or lose out on the discussion, because we cannot discuss the actual content with each other, only the difficulty.
Anyway, if everyone thinks that it is difficult, they have to put it on a bell shaped curve, so it’ll even out in the end right??
@soccer12345 I would recommend editing the words about content out of that post, because technically that is against the rules.
@thebeastizhere I would recommend deleting that post, because it violates the rules.
