Which equations do you have to memorize? I know they give you a list of equations, right? Are there any that aren't on the sheet that we need to know?

I took AP Chem test last year. All the equations I need were on the FRQ exam’s little sheet. But keep in mind, you don’t have that for the MC portion. So definitely need to know the common sense ones, like finding pH of something given [OH-] or [H+], simple logarithmics. Also, for some bizzare reason, i remembered having to use quadratic equation on a practice test =p

do you have to know the really complicated ones for MC though?

No, I don’t think so.
Just think this way, anything you can do without your calculator, you should know. Anything that requires you to use a calculator, it’s not something they would put on the MC and make you use a weird equation.

should we memorize all the experiments (plum pudding, gold foil…) for the exam? are there even any questions about it??
