AP Chem satisfy BSE requiment?

Hi all, Do you know if AP Chem will satisfy BSE 1 chem class requirement? Or does a student need to take placement test. If AP Chem is enough, does it need to be a score of 5?

You need a 5. I believe if you have 5s in AP Chem, mech with calc and e&m, you are exempt from the freshman science requirement. Doesn’t work if you are a chem or physics major. They stopped doing this during Covid because not all the AP exams were sufficiently proctored. Not sure if they went back to the old policy.
