Okay so I'm thinking of self-studying AP Chem...I'm planning to use Zuhmdahl's as my textbook although I'm not exactly sure how do the labs. Any advice on this?

advice: know your textbook well, and stop worrying.

bump 10char

Does your school offer AP Chemistry? Just ask the teacher if you can join in labs or just ask a chemistry teacher if he would supervise you.

there is another nice book for AP labs.....search amazon for that book....It will help..... But you do not have to do that well on the lab part to get a 5....I got a 5 without knowing much of lab chemistry....

^ could you tell me the title of the book please?

labs aren't really that important (lmao the chem gods may strike me down for that one)
last year, out of about 50 kids taking ap chem at my school
roughly 43 got a 5
6 got a 4
and 1 got a 3

and we do NO labs

last year 75 in ap chem

73 5's
2 4's

we did every single lab
