AP classes very important?

I'm a Junior (out of state) and I really want to go to UCLA. I have sort of a unique situation in that I go to a competitive magnet school, but for some reason they decided against having AP classes. All my classes are considered honors level, and 4 of my Senior year classes actually get credit at Seton Hall University which then would hopefully transfer to UCLA. I'm planning on taking the US History AP exam this year since I already finished the class and managed a 770 on the SAT II.

Will UCLA really hold it against me that my school doesn't have APs? I still plan on taking US History, Calc AB, Physics B, and English Lit even though I didn't take the exact "ap" class. Would I possibly attach a letter to my application stating that I plan on taking these tests in May of my Senior year, even though I am not offered the course in school? Still, taking 4 aps is far below the average UCLA applicant is it not?

You can't take a class your school doesn't offer, and a university can't hold your school's decision against you. By the time you apply, you'll have already taken the APUSH exam(there's a section to fill in AP scores), so they'll probably be pretty impressed with you and might even assume you'll attempt more exams you didn't take the class for. Good luck!
