I plan on self-studying this AP. Which is the best textbook to get? THANKS!

I took Comparative last year (got a five on the test, yayayayaya). We used Introduction to Comparative Politics by Kesselman in class, it was a little wordy and had like no pictures but it was fine. For AP review, I (and most of my classmates) used Ethel Woods’ book, AP Comparative Politics, A Study Guide. It was pretty good.

Do you think you could have gotten through thr exam and done well with just the Ethel Wood book?

Probably. The Ethel Woods book had basically the same information, just less. My friend did that and did well.

OK, thanks!

the only thing you NEED is Ethel Wood & the briefing papers for college board.
got a 5 self-studied :D
