AP Comparative Government

Despite the frequent admonitions of my guidance counselor, I plan on self-studying AP Comparative Government. Since I'm already enrolled in five other AP classes, I would have to pay $492. However, I read somewhere that the AP Comparative Gov. exam comes free with the AP U.S. Gov. exam.

I highly doubt that such a bargain exists, but does anyone happen to know for sure?

It used to be that way its not anymore unfortunately, because they realized that they were losing so much money. I am spending $240 this year and $480 next year.

Just wondering, but how do you plan on self-studying for the AP Comp Gov't test? I did some searches over the summer, and I don't think there are many study guides out for the Comp Gov't test because the countries the exam focuses on changes every now and then, right?

I'm taking AP US Gov't this semester and will be taking AP Comp Gov't next semester, so it'll be interesting to hear how you plan on tackling the course on your own!

I bought Ethel Woods Guide to Comparative Government and I take notes from that. I also read the NYT everyday, and the economist and other news to keep updated on what's going on with other countries.

$83 per exam.

I spent $410 already, I'll be spending about as much this year, and like $250 next year. What the hell, it'll be worth it when I graduate college a year or a year and half early.

i have to pay $5 per exam :P

its great being low-income lol
