AP Course Tips

Alright so senior year is coming and I was wondering about tips for taking AP courses. I have never taken any AP courses, I just hear what my friends say. But I am doing them online at FLVS.

Anyways my schedule will be

AP Macro 1st Semester/ AP Government 2nd Semester
AP Computer Science A
AP Calculus BC

Dual enrolling and taking Freshman Comp skills (equivalent to freshman class at college)
General Physics with calculus (equivalent to AP Physics C)

I'll explain some things.

I love history and I am avid in politics, so AP Government is a given, and AP Macro is the economy which I am also very interested in.

AP Computer Science is a given, I am pursuing a computer science major in college so taking this is a no brainier.

As for Calc BC, I figure that since Calc and Physics are required for Computer Science that I take two classes to get an idea of what is ahead, and to possibly take the AP exam and get credit, but that'll be later.

So what tips do you guys recommend for taking AP courses, especially multiple for a guy who has not taken any during his high school career.

Fyi: I can apply myself, I just couldn't take an AP course Junior or Sophomore year because standardized testing got in the way and the scores negated me from taking any AP courses.
I was going to take AP. USH and AP. World History during my Sophomore and Junior years.

I don’t know where you heard that comp sci needs calc and physics for because there is nothing of the sort and the comp sci test has only basic algebra in terms of the math on it with no physics whatsoever

Computer Science majors in general need Calculus and Physics because the logical thinking that comes with it helps them solve problems.

I did hear the AP Comp Sci A test is algebra, which doesn’t bother me.
