So I checked ACES and it seems like my AP scores have been sent to Duke, except AP Biology. I am a biology major and in Trinity and received a 5 on the test and the website says credit is given for a 5.

Is there a reason why it might not be listed in my "View Transfer Credit Report"? Something to do with my major? Or perhaps the fact I took it sophomore year? (All scores from junior and senior year are present.)

And for my fellow undergraduates out there wondering how I found out my scores already, log into ACES and scroll down to "view transfer credit report" in the dropdown menu.

bump… same thing happened to me. i scored a 4 in AP chem and should receive credit for it but i took it in my junior year and its not showing up…

I believe that each year you take the APs you are given a different ID number (a set of barcode stickers). When you submit your request for CB to send a score history to Duke, you must include all the numbers from every year you’ve taken the APs. Otherwise, not all scores will be sent.

That’s odd…all of my scores showed up, from soph to senior yr. Maybe in previous years you entered your name differently, or something in the fill-out-only-once info section was off?

First of all, don’t worry too much about it. I think the official Duke policy is that they need your AP score reports by February or March. Most classes that have AP credit as pre-reqs probably won’t enforce these pre-reqs during registration.

This is from the CollegeBoard website:

Based on that, it looks like all your scores are sent to Duke regardless of whether or not you asked for your scores to be sent in prior years. Unless, as plumdum said, you entered your name or SSN incorrectly in the past, it’s probably just an oversight by Duke. Contact the Registrar’s Office and let them know that you’re missing scores from previous years. Something similar happened to me last year: none of my scores showed up on ACES because I had taken a gap year, but they fixed it as soon as I let them know.

If they haven’t received your scores, you’ll probably have to contact CollegeBoard.
