Maybe it is quite difficult to judge without telling my SAT and EC. However, I don't think I'm quite there yet to tell others about my stat profile. My question is, though, would 4 at AP Microeconomics and Macroeconomics would hurt my chance at admission to Wharton? I think Wharton is a business undergraduate, not an economics undergraduate. And there is a lot of difference between the two. So, I thought it wouldn't hurt me so much. But if they do, I will need to take the tests again. If they do not, I would then have much more time to prepare for SAT I, EC, and GPA. Please give meaningful advice. I would appreciate it so much. Thank you.

A 4 on the AP tests won’t hurt your chances. But it is important that you have a solid GPA and SAT. Honestly, UPenn isn’t going to be scrutinizing over every AP score you’ve ever received. Relax and start prepping for the SAT.

The degree every Wharton grad gets is a BS Economics. The 4’s won’t help. Wharton has about the same admissions stats as Harvard, less than 1 in 7 get in and their stats mostly look truly outstanding across the board.

4 is a strong score. I think that colleges don’t put such a strong emphasis on AP scores.
