AP Environmental Science - Too easy?

Way easier than I thought it would be. The only problem I had was that I didn't get to finish all the FRQ's due to my bad time management (I wrote 4 pages on #1 becuase I knew it so well). I skipped #2 because I knew the answers to #3 and #4 right off the bat. I had 5 minutes in the end to do #2 :(. I expected the FRQ's to be harder, but they were a pleasent surprise haha. The MC was pretty straightforward..

My guesses on my score.

1 omit, 8-9 wrong on MC

FRQs

1 = 9/10

2 = 3? Only did part a and b.

3 = 9/10

4 = 9/10

Does anyone know the curve?

You'll probably get a 5, so don't worry about it.

I want to hear what others in CC thought about it. God, I hope I didn't underthink (I know it's not a word haha) about the questions.

I love how we all find ways to worry about SOMETHING from testing. It's either "Oh no. That test was so hard. I failed." or "That test seemed too easy! There must be something going on" or "I think I forgot to seal my tests!" Haha. Something of that sort.

Sorry I can't really contribute to this thread as I'm planning on taking this next year but I'm sure you did fine.

FRQs were harder than i thought they would be.

then again, i'm horrible at math, especially without my calculator.

just to let you know....i didn't get to study though.
we only took MC as practice tests and i recieved a "5" and a "4" (no FRQs though).

MC: eh. not as easy as everyone is saying but not impossible.
FRQ 1: i had never done a DBQ before !! maybe i did it wrong but i found most of the answers in the document.
FRQ2: i did the calculations. realized my numbers were tooo random and redid them. hopefully my numbers were right the second time. but i hate how CB marks off points for silly things, like not saying the calculation answer in a complete sentence after showing your work. i think this FRQ raped me.... i didn't even know where the element they asked how we could reduce in leachate comes from.... haha
FRQ3: eh. not 10/10 but at least half i think.
FRQ4: this was definitely my question. though i may lose points for overelaborating and not giving short, succint answers. i'm really into the whole humanitarian aspect of international politics and relations....which definitely includes the topic of this frq.

to the OP: FRQ 2 was kind of hard, but STILL, why didn't you try all of them? The graders may very well give you partial credit for attempting! you should've written something.
regarding MC: there are bunch of common sense stuff, there are very few conceptual stuff..but not a lot...just very basic ones..so, yeah..that's why we all are saying MC is easy...just using process of elimination u can get most of them.

Innovative -
I had no time to go on to part c and d. If I had 5 more minutes I am pretty sure I could have answered (although maybe not correctly) the rest of the questions.

So everyone agree that MC was easy for the most part? Haha I want people to agree with me b/c if they found it hard, I would doubt myself that I did well. Feeling confident about a 5! :) I wish I could say same for the AP English Lang exam. :(

I didn't think it was really easy like everyone else. =[ I self-studied though (that's not an excuse, I know...).

What is the percentage needed to get a 5, 4, and 3 on this exam?

I didn't think it was too bad. The only FRQ where I was lost was #2...I have no idea what I should've gotten, and didn't even attempt the last two parts, but the rest I'm pretty confident about.

I know in my Princeton Review study book, it says that the scaled score needed for a 3 is 60.

I thought I did very well and surpassed my expectations on the FRQ, but did ok on the MC. I haven't been very good with the MC in the past, getting only 55% to 60% of the questions right on practice tests in school, but that was before my intense weekend studying, so we'll see how it goes. I felt like I knew at the very least half of the answers off the bat.

dvm258, what does the PR say is a cutoff for a 5?

I think a scaled score of 110 or so.
