I'm currently a sophomore. I'm going to be taking AP European History and AP Biology and I wanted to know your guys experience with it. I'm a little worried I won't do fine because I heard both is based on memorization and I heard my teachers give out 50 questions test each week on the chapters. Should I drop AP Biology?

Well each teacher does his/her own class differently. But… when I was a sophomore last year, I took Euro and Stats at school, while self-studying for Bio and got 5s and had no problems, except I couldn’t sleep the night before my bio test.

I’ve taken WHAP and AP Bio my sophomore year. This was before the new format for AP Bio. However, I made a 4 on both (and they were my first AP classes in HS.)

It is doable. Lots of memorization though and some sleepless nights.

It does however prepare you for other difficult classes later such as APUSH and AP Chem.

Well, nobody here can speak to how your teachers test, but both classes in the same year seems manageable.
