AP exam accommodations SSD Coordinator and NSA form?

Has anyone learned how a homeschooled student is supposed to get an NSA form (nonstandard admin form), since we don’t have a school SSD (services for students with disabilities) coordinator? The testing school has been great, but the AP coordinator cant do this for us – he only has access to forms for his own students. Thanks for any help!!

I’m not sure what the NSA form is; are you talking about how to get accommodations for an AP exam? You can call the SSD office of College Board and request a Student Eligibility Form. They will mail it to you.

You fill it out, attach testing that was done, and mail it in. I just finished this process for DS; he will be taking AP Comp Sci with accommodations.

Oops, sorry I know what you mean now. There is one available online:

You can ask the school if this is the same one they are using; not sure why they wouldn’t be able to use it for your student if they have agreed to test with accommodations for you already. I have found the SSD people at College Board to be helpful so far (fairly limited interaction); if you have already been approved, they will tell you what you need to do still.
