AP exam fee waiver

I am taking 5 APs this year, but to take all those test, I need to pay $445 in total ($89 for each...). My family is financially unstable right now, and I am eligible to receive fee waivers for SAT and ACT. So even if I take account of how much I save in college, I still think it is too pricey. I tried to look for AP exam fee waiver, but my school apparently does not have a program for it. I need to pay for AP exams due this coming Monday, and College Board still hasn't posted anything about fee waiver, so is there any alternative way I can get a fee waiver? I would really appreciate your answers!

EDIT:
I think the link blow says if the coordinator mark bubbles on AP answer sheets, but am I thinking it right? Would anyone please clarify this? It's step one in Procedure section.

I really need an answer for this ASAP…

P.S. I live in Illinois, if that helps anyone answer this…

I wish I could give you some good news, but I don’t have any. AP exam fee waivers are typically done through school. Have you had a face-to-face, sit-down, personal talk with your testing coordinator? I’m taking 8 exams this year ($712), and after a nice chat they agreed to make tests 7 + 8 free, with a discount on tests 5 + 6. I think my total’s now in the $480-$520 ballpark. A friend of mine’s also in 8 AP classes (at my school), but refused to take the tests due to costs/her college wouldn’t accept any credits from them. The principal and testing coordinator were extremely upset. Kids taking >= 5 exams in one year are somewhat valuable to high schools (something involving ranking and grant money). Resulting from that anger, they offered to waive all testing fees for her for motivation to take them (not really too fair given the fact that I still pay half a K, but w/e).

Hopefully you’ll be able to have a meeting with the testing coordinator, and hopefully they’ll have some grant money/school money laying around to help you with your situation. Best of luck.

Also, to clarify re: the link you posted-- If you qualify under the tables listed on the page, by all means share that information with your testing coordinator; they’ll be able to order reduced fee tests for you from the College Board.
