Hello,All!I'm wondering if it is worth taking AP lit at this point...My current school does not offer AP classes at all(because it's not an internatinal school outside the U.S.),and I know AP lit is a really hard AP subject.Plus,I'm a senior,so it won't show my motivation,application-wise[I know...utilitarianism right here!], to self-study challenging stuff after all(and I am aware english AP's are kinda different from other subjects' AP's...).

I took AP lang. test last year and got a three(:<no bueno...)when I had that class in another school, but I still somewhat counted that three on my not getting to prep materials until the last week before the exam...However, I did get to read and study hard about some frequently-tested books on the AP lit exam(which I found out when leafing through a prep book...)

So here come my questions;are the freshman writing seminars worth being skipped? Is AP lit credit(4 or 5)valued equally,in most colleges,as AP lang. is? How hard it is to get a 4 on AP lit.? And...would it be weird if I just retake AP lang. exam?

Comments and suggestions/advice would be appreciated!Thank you!
