my teacher said they would change the difficulty of the test if it wasnt the 'bell shape' curve that they wanted.
like if last year there were too many 5's and meaning it was too easy, this year's would be a bit harder. They just gonna adjust and get the bell shape curve.

72 for a 5?? thats pretty high.. i thought it was 60-something to get a 5..

if you get the wrong answer on say part a, and you use that info for part b, c, d, and e, will you get partial credit?

on the first free response where they said the price of input increased, i thought it said the input increased (supply). i guess i didn'tso i answered the rest of the questions using what i found due to a increase in the supply.

i got probably 1/4 of a 1. i dont even think i made a one.
and they say it's not possible to get below a 1.
well it will be after i get my score.

infact, i might get a negative score. i skipped half the mc, and i probably got half of the questions i answered wrong.

oh well THIS DOESNT COUNT FOR ME and it's my last ap. IM FREEEEEEEEEE

I think I did really good. I found it easy, but that might be because my macro teacher has gotten awards from college board for having such high pass rates. There is a definite pattern to the FRQ questions if you looked at the ones from previous years.

yeah cant wait to discuss the fr officially on saturday i guess lol.....dammit i need to know the correct scale for a five.....according to PR its 65 ish but my teacher who knows a grader on the AP says its around 70 i just want to know collegeboards scale. in the scheme of things 5 points change in the scale is the diff for me between a 5 and a 4. When i get my grade report it truly is a toss up because after i finished the exam i kinda remembered some things i SHOULD HAVE PUT i hate that. One question: if we didn't properly label grpahs i.e. put the wrong label on the axis......as in not the correct terminology.....is that like an entire point off??? and if we didnt label something but it didnt ask us too and we put it in the explanation do we get full credit?? two things that were nagging me on the FR.

jakroo, I think that if you label the axis with appropriate names (not necessarily verbatim from a textbook), then you'll be fine. And if you didn't label something that they didn't ask you to label, but you explained it, I'm sure you'll be fine.

paungle thanks for the explanation i would go into detail but we have to wait 48 hrs.....i talked to my friends about it but some people on here are a little too uptipght but i understand.....saturday it is.

Are you all talking about the same exam that i took? Macro was so easy; the FR was trickier than the practice ones i had taken, but i still got it all rite. should've self studied for micro...

okay, fyi: grading scale: 70 raw score = 5,
I thought most of the MC was pretty easy, but 2 parts of the free responses I was unsure about... i wish you all luck!!

yah, the reason why I was asking is because the study books vary: PR says it's 65. So I was wondering if perhaps you had a source from the college board, like the scale from a released test or something. Does anyone have anything from the college board?
