My school offers both AP and dual credit for some courses such as US History, Government, Economics, English 4, etc... Which one looks better to colleges? Does it matter? Is one easier than the other?

I think AP is better because it’s more standardized. But you can take AP tests without necessarily taking the classes.

Do the AP, because the dual credit (at least in my experience) tends to be both less challenging and only applicable to some local city colleges or something. AP transfers almost anywhere.

Haha, both are good (Or system abuse, max 30 AP Credits loophole found)!
If it is a decent (state) university that you’re getting the credit from, colleges at least statewide should accept it.

Yeah, from what I understand the dual credit classes are through ACC (Austin Community College) and are good at any public university in Texas. I hope to go to UT Austin so the credits would count there.
