@helpmeplease2 how was it? Pm me?
I’m curious as well. How was it?
@helpmeplease2 That was incredibly difficult. I totally agree with you. The Free Response were easier than the MC though.
we didn’t need a calculator for any of the questions…it was mostly theory and thinking…
I thought it was about as hard as the practice tests. Honestly it seemed a little easier than last years.
Thought the FRQs were easier than the multiple choice. Thinking I’ll get a 4 based off my performance today.
You didn’t even use a calculator once during the exam? Was it that conceptual?
I personally found the multiple choice very simple besides 2 or 3, and had a ton of time to spare. However, the FRQs I had a hard time with (besides a few that were really easy, cough, 5).
I used the calculator twice during the exam to test whether a formula I made was right and one to confirm some math i did on the the sheet, it was very conceptual
@Coolguywithahat What practice exams did you take? Are they accurate to the real test and good studying materials?
Didn’t even touch my calculator on the FRQ. The multiple choice was relatively easy. Heavy testing on one perticular unit.
There’s some weird stuff on the FRQ which I kind of guessed on. Overall, solid 4 or maybe even a 5.
If you knew springs, you were guaranteed at least 50% on the multiple choice lol
So one of the questions asked about using the KE equation and I screwed up on that. Apparently the answer was incorportating KE=1/2MV equation and the answer was 30.9
Considering I studied the night before after not paying attention the whole year, I’ll take whatever I get. The test was 100% conceptual, not once did I use my calculator to get an answer for the MC or FRQS.
Answer to that one free response I remember was like 0.091 did anyone get that
Did they ask to calculate something on the free response?
Which free response? I don’t recall having to calculate anything. I thought the circuits was easy, the experiment part was alright, the wheel one was easy, but the waves and the the speed bump were peculiar.
I thought the opposite
Yeah the one with waves and the speed bump was odd. I did not know how to do it. What approach were you supposed to take?
Peculiar is definitely a good way to put it
