@Devanche12 Hey you might be totally right! That is only how I understood, interpreted, and answered the problem. They will give you points for explaining even if you explain incorrectly, which is the whole beauty of it Because Trial 2 has a larger radius, it makes sense using Torque=rF that it would stop sooner, but I didnt realize that whilst doing the problem.
@MileSwimmerDude Oh okay, by the way for the equation did you say that it would be s = BwI/Z? And, did you say that if you turned a cube into a sphere, you would get a higher height because not only do you have kinetic energy but also rotational kinetic energy and using conservation of forces it would all equal PE at the highest height
Im just really hoping for a 4 hereā¦ i think i only got like 20 out of those 50 multiple choice right it was just so hard
I did say it would be s=BwI/z. However I said the same height because it said that the sphere did not slip and that is was the same mass. Because they did not give us the equation for the moment of inertia for a sphere and a square and that it didnt slip, I figured that they meant for us to not worry about the rotational kinetic energy. I simply explained that the mass didnt change and the velocity (that is only dependent on the distance, accel and time, which are all kept the same) didnt change either, so the kinetic energy didnt change, so height from mgh stay the same. If you did consider the rotational kinetic energy, it would have a higher height than before.
Does anyone want to predict a curve for Form O? I am honestly so unsure of myself on this test
Did anybody have Form E i thought the mc was harder then frq
On Form O, the MC wasnāt that hard, but the FR was a little harder but not too hard either. Iām guessing a 5 would be like 67%.
MC was terrible, but I found the FRQ very easy
I had Form O, and I didnāt think the MC was too hard.
Christ can someone shed some light on all the different formsā¦
Form E Form O form C form D like the heck?
Had Form Oā¦felt ok on the mc and frq but not good
Does anyone know if they curve the scores differently based on the form?
why does it seem like I get Form O for every AP test I take?
@XoXdreamerXoX I got form o
Are they going to release the FRQ today?
Did anyone with Form O feel that it was very electricity and wave heavy? According to the breakdown waves and electricity were supposed to be around 10-15% if I remb correctly and with the circuit procedure that we had to design I felt that it was around 30% electricity and waves in both the m.c and the free response combined. What did people with form O think about the breakdown?
@boji98 Wrong thread; that should be posted in Physics 2.
Yes.
@skieurope I was talking about the AP 1ā¦
What about the MC questions?
@mayman They donāt release those that is why we arenāt allowed to discuss them
