AP Physics and SAT physics

Like many of you, I will be taking several AP exams this May. However, I am also taking a few subject tests next month. Would preparing for the subject test for physics be adequate for the AP exam as well? I'm trying to kill two birds with one stone I guess.

prepare for AP exams and that would be enough for subject tests

What about Physics C? I feel like I’m screwed for any science SAT subject tests because Physics C is the only physics I’ve had, and I’m a junior. I’ve only had pre-AP classes in biology and chemistry, and I’ve forgotten most of it.

This basically means I’m screwed if I wish to apply to places that require a math SAT and a science SAT (like Cornell)?
