AP Physics B - Discussion/Predictions/Help/Frets

Aargh. Lucky folk. My APs tomorrow, you guys still have a day to go. XD

wazzup:

Yeah, I'll do the problems at the end of each chapter and then do all of the mock exams towards the end of the day... not exactly sure how realistic that approach is though...

I'm attempting to do all the MCQs for every chapter in PR now. Goshdarnit. I've so far only gotten through 2/16 chapters that are needed. XD I hope I have time for the FRQs..

I started work on the PR book a month or so ago, but I did the last half just in the past week (I had been spending almost all my time on English until after that test was over with).

If you're crunched for time, I'd say just take the practice test. That's basically what I did for the SAT I and it helped enormously.

Speaking of practice tests, actually, I have a great big new worry. The PR test was no problem for me, so I was feeling great, but then I took the Physics B test in the 5 Steps To A 5 book that has tests for 11 subjects in it, and it was a nightmare. So now I'm terrified. Do you think the actual AP test is really going to be as hard as the 5 Steps To A 5 test, or as easy at the PR test, or somewhere in between?

I'm freaking out...

P.S. I think somebody said there were no answers to the practice problems in the PR book? Answers to the review questions at the end of each chapter in PR are near the back of the book, in between the review chapters and the practice tests. I think chapter 19 is the chapter with all the answers for every section.

PR is fairly comprehensive, but make sure to take a bunch of real practice MC tests too...

u know where i can get some mc?

For the circuits, Kirchoff's and Loop rules.. or whatever.. are they tested? I seriously have no idea how to carry out these calculation.

There was a MC question I had that said what principle does Kirchovs loop rule apply. The answer was conservation of energy

that they will give out FR questions asking to find I, V, etc in a complex circuit? please god no

sinewy0495, those circuit questions are very common for MCQs..

And yes, I found all the PR answers at the back of the book. I went through all the MCQs in there.

I also tried the 1998 MCQs (not FRQs) and got around a 71% on it...o.O
