how many multiple choice should i be aiming for to score a SOLID 5, not a barely 5? how many points on the free response?
i want some good numbers so i can see where im at
thanks

i believe a 5 is about 115-180. our teacher said about 50/70 multiple choice will put you on your way to a 5

It does not matter if its a barely 5 or a solid 5; it only says 5 on score report.

on past tests, i've seen the limit for a 5 be anywhere from 105 to 115, depending on the difficulty.. if you get at least 45 out of 70 MC (plus correction factor and conversions and whatnot so that MC equals 90) and about 65 to 70 out of 90 on FR, you should get 110-115 points, which should get you a five

here are my scores on three practice tests:

130 --- minimum for 5 -- 106

120 --- minimum for 5 -- 108

123 --- minimum for 5 -- 105

around 115 total should do it
