AP PSYCH- how many can you get wrong on mult choice and still get a good score?

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MANY YOU CAN GET WRONG ON THE MULTIPLE CHOICE AND STILL GET A 4 OR A 5?!?

(about) out of 100 questions, ... what do you think? i took a practice test and got 19 wrong without studying... assuming i do FAIRLY well on the free response, what do you think my score would be?!?

THANKS!!!!

prob like get 30 wrong and still get a 4

20 or so wrong for a 5.

bumping it BABY!

Uhh...you need a 93/150 for a 5. The M/C is worth 100 (66.7%) and the FR is worth 50 (33.3%).

You can leave 50 blank on the M/C for a 50/100 on the MC and get 43/50 on the FR (which isn't too hard to do).

That's 50+43=93/150=5

where did you get 93/150 from? My PR book says 108

The 93/100 thing comes from the Barron's book. My AP psychology 2004 released exam, which I'm sure is the most accurate, says 104/150. For the multiple choice, the absolute minimum raw score you have to have to get a 5 is 50-60, because 50 points come from the free response. However, with a score of 80+, you can have average to semi crappy essays and still get a 5.

ic
lol with 80+ on the MC, you can have really crappy essays :)

u got the 2004 released exam answers man, if you do hook em up thx

I’m confused… so if a person gets 75 right on the MC… is it still possible to get a 5 or are they screwed?

this is quite old. start a new thread or find the one for this year.
