AP Psychology as a Sophomore? Help

I am debating whether to take ap psychology this year as a sophomore. I attended a Private Catholic School which offers no ap classes so I would be taking the course online. I am nervous to take the class because I am not sure if it is to much to handle.
Currently taking:
English Honors II
Western Civilization Honors
Latin III
Pre-Cal B
Chemistry
Theology
Rhetoric

These are the highest courses offered to sophomores but I really want to get into a top school or an ivy so I am not sure if this will be good enough or if I should add aps.

P.S. I do plan on taking 2 SAT II exams

Colleges will evaluate your transcript based upon what is offered at your school. You will not be penalized if there are no AP’s offered to sophomores.

Whether you take a class online is up to you, but you should only take it if it a subject that interests you.

This looks like a very solid schedule, and is apparently the “most rigorous” available in your school. AP psych is not a big winner at tip top schools, most will not give any credit for it. Would the online course appear on your official transcript or factor into your GPA? If not, I don’t see any good reason to stress yourself with it.
