AP Psychology or AP Government?

I've forecasted both of these classes for my senior year, however, the school says the likelihood of being granted both of these classes is slim. These are the only two AP classes I forecasted to take for my senior year. I want to tell the office which one I'd rather have in the even I don't get both, but I truly want to take both classes. Is one seen as less meaningful than the other? Just wondering.

Do you want to major in Psychology? If so then it’s a good course to take. It got cut at my school this year but from previous years I heard it was very difficult. Gov is an excellent class and opens your mind politically…I came out knowing more than I though I ever would. I just took the exam today and thought it was a breeze to. Whether it’s because I did all the readings and stuff and I had a good teacher or because the test is just naturally easy, I had a fantastic experience with the class.
