AP Scholars?

<p>Hey guys,</p>

<p>I received a certificate in the mail today from the College Board for being an AP Scholar. It's just the regular AP Scholar award. It comes with a message saying that any score I submit through College Board will include the fact that I'm an AP Scholar. Does this help me out during college admissions?</p>

<p>It doesn’t really help out that much… AP scores are used for placement so getting an AP scholar award isn’t gonna help much</p>

<p>AP scores are actually considered by some colleges in admissions (even top schools, <em>cough</em> Stanford <em>cough</em>), so you never know.</p>
