any potential state scholars on here?

also, when do they announce that? does it appear on ur AP score report?

smder, I don't know if half year material AP exams count as 0.5 or 1 AP, but either way my range will be from ~18.5 to ~21... who knows how it actually plays out lol since I'm only a rising junior and I live in NY, but whatever happens, happens I guess.

I have taken 14 in Georgia(all 4's and 5's except 1 3) and im really hoping I will get state. Not that it matters much, but it would just be cool. Even though my state is weak compared to Florida, California, New York, Texas, etc. there are still a few kids with high AP counts but I havent heard of one here with more than 14 this year. I guess ill find out though.

you'll get a mailing with a certificate."

Does the certificate come with your AP results in the mail or in a separate mailing?

You'll get the certificate separate from the scores - sometime in late August or September. Suitable for framing.

I'm an AP Scholar, and hopefully will be "with Distinction" by the end of next year.

I got AP National Scholar. 15 tests passed, 9 fives.

So I'm an AP Scholar with Honor, only because I took 4 exams. I didn't take any APs as a junior. However, my average on these 4 tests is a 4.25, which is awesome.

I'm a rising Senior and so I'll (hopefully) get National AP Scholar by next summer. I know I can't use it to put on my resume for college but have people been able to get a boost in scholarship money for receiving this award? Or any perks in general? Just wondering ^^ Thanks!

I have graduated and am now a national ap scholar too bad it doesnt matter for anything.
