hi i was going to take an AP science course next yr but couldnt really decide between AP Chem, physics or Bio or AP Environmental Science. i wanted to take Environmental Science because I didn't take any science junior year and it takes up only one block in school. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if colleges really prefer hard sciences over environmental science even though is an AP or if it really doesn't matter. Thanks

i think it depends all on what you really want to do... I don't kno fo sho but i think colleges rather see a core science class. so just to be safe i would take a core science course especially since you didnt take a science junior year. If you could it might be good to double up. another thing is that i don't think environmental science is a lab science, im not sure but there could be a lab science requirement.. personally next year i am taking ap bio b/c its prolly easier than chem and physics (exam wise).
