when and how do colleges see your AP scores?

<p>only after you are admitted to the college or university. You could send them early on if you took them during freshman, sophomore or jr, but they will not record it for you. I check with my college and found that all my scores, except for SATs, that i send them was discard. They only look at AP scores when you are admitted.</p>

but they weren't "meant to be used for admissions"
anyway, yeah, you can send them, but only unofficially, i think (i've heard). You send officially when u use CB and send the scores to the school you'll attend (to get placement/credits)</p>

<p>u can request that they be sent - I'd assume that if a college has them on hand, they would look it over as kind of a supplementary thing, though most ppl applying to the top schools would prob send them anyways just to validate the self reported scores section of the apps.</p>
