AP scores

do u think tamu received our AP scores...if so, where can we check online?

Tamu probably received them already, or by the end of the week. You can’t check online. You can call collegeboard for $8 per score report. Otherwise, you have to wait until you receive them in the mail. It suck I know…

TAMU received them, but are ugh when it comes to putting them up online. My friends going to UT got their scores last week on their accounts @ UT’s website.

Thread hijack - I paid $8 for my scores and have 28 hours of credit total ^_^

Sheesh user3725. How many tests did you take?

TAMU received them alright. They said so at our NSC (July 9). ■■■■’s are lazy putting them up. -_-
Received 21 hours but will only use 9. >.<

TAMU has received AP scores, and in order for you to have them on your “transcript” on howdy, you must call this # (below). I emailed A&M and was informed of this yesterday. TAMU will allow you to choose the credits in accordance with your AP scores.

Have your UIN ready.

Response received: “Your AP scores have arrived. Now, you must call our Measurement and Research Services Office at 979-845-0532 and claim the scores. If we can help further, please contact us again.”

Thanks for the info, user3725. I will make sure to call them.

Does anyone know if is possible to “erase” AP credits from a transcript?
I have 13 hours of AP Spanish that apparently count toward my total amount of hours.

Apparently you can choose which AP scores you want counted at A&M. I wouldn’t be too quick to dismiss the Spanish hours – they may count toward your cultural diversity core curriculum requirements. I also found in catalog 32, p. 27 under “Degree Information” …“The semester credit hours counted toward the limitation include all hours attempted by the student except:…
…Semester credit hours earned by the student by examination or other procedure by which credit is earned without registering for a course for which tuition is charged.”

Mmm, I do’t think you even need foreign language for a degree in business.
At least the degree plan doesn’t list any foreign language classes.

I’m currently in liberal arts and have 30 transfer hours and 13 AP credit hours. The max amount of hours to transfer internally into business is 75 and you need 30 hours graded at a&m before you transfer.

I just wanna keep it safe and reduce my hours if I can.
But idk, it might not make any difference at this point…
