AP Spanish Lang vs. Lit vs. SAT Spanish vs. With Listening

Which are better to take?

I'm not a heritage speaker and took Spanish 3 this year as a freshman. Normally at my school people take the AP Spanish Lang exam after either 4 or 5, and I'm planning on taking the exam next year.

Also what about the SAT subject tests?

Take AP Spanish Lang.
–You can still do it with 3 years of the class…

But study hard. I find that its much easier to learn Spanish on your own by reading a lot of material, changing your radio station to Spanish, annoying the heck out of people by learning to say what you’d say in English in Spanish–>Or maybe you have friends that know Spanish/also are studying for the test that you can regularly work with.

Do you know if SAT Spanish is easier / better than SAT Spanish w/ Listening?

I haven’t tried any of those… But I think they’re much easier than the AP, but of course, don’t give college credit / is not as impressive.

The vocabulary is simpler (and you get to be tested on vocab rather than understanding of level 2 type questions on the AP test)
You also get tested on grammar I think, unlike the AP test.
