SAT Lit or Spanish

Has anyone taken the SAT literature or SAT Spanish exam? Which one is harder? I got a 780 on CR on the SAT I, and a 5 on the AP Spanish Language exam. I took 4 years of Spanish, but I'm worried about the vocab and if I forgot lots during the summer. I'm kind of leaning towards lit b/c I don't want to review and study so much. Any advice is welcome. Thanks!

To me, it would look more impressive if you took Spanish rather than Lit. It shows you know something outside your own language and you're willing to step out of your comfort zone. Your vocab probably won't be as much of a problem as you'd think. Believe it or not, people just don't randomly forget vocab. If you see the word, it will come back to you if you ever knew it in the first place.

I haven't taken either exam yet, but from what I'm picking up in these forums I get the impression the literature test is pretty difficult - haven't heard anything about the Spanish exam.

Would it be unreasonable if tigger30 took both exams? Or is it just not worth the effort?
