AP Spanish Language - Tips?

I am taking the test in two weeks and I'm not a native speaker (in fact, I'm Asian). Do you have any tips, especially concerning the long oral presentation, the simulated conversation, or the narratives and dialogues? I supposed this is directed to those who took the newly revamped exam that started in 2007.

Wow we're pretty much in the same boat.

Honestly I would say practice practice practice for the speaking. Just randomly say stuff in Spanish. It'll help for the simulated convo cuz then it seems more comfortable and like a real conversation.

And listen to various Spanish stuff.

im in the same boat as both of u...im asian also and i don't know how i'll pass the exam with all that speaking...i REALLY want to pass the exam!

my class went over most of the ap sections (dialogues, mc, fillin, informal w, etc) throughout the year, but i havent even seen an oral presentation one yet...

mannn...we haven't learned anything in our spanish class...i wish we had better teachers who knew what they were teaching!

Does anyone have the practice spanish test (the audit one!)?? i really need the presentational writing part with sources?

I asked my Spanish teacher to do additional oral presentation prep with me every afternoon for two weeks; it helped a lot...

Another Asian here. My teacher just gave us the released exam today, and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, although all the prompts just happened to be stuff I had the vocabulary to deal with. She's not giving us scaled scores, though, so I don't know if the standards are really high or what. It's really hit-or-miss for me; some topics just go over my head, but others I can actually talk about.

haha ^ true that lunar :)

Would a 2 on the Spanish AP look really bad for a non-native speaker?
Because with the lack of practice the class has been giving me, I think I may need to prepare myself for massive disappointment o.O

May 6 = Dooms day gah

well in our ap spanish class we just talk in spanish, do the spanish with and without root words, listen to some spanish songs. but we do nothin in the class though

oh well...
