yeah that's what I meant..I just didn't want to act too much like i'm discussing the test, you know. ;)

anyway for part b I got 1-(1-0.0918)^3. Is that right?

yes its jsut plug and chug on 6

i just got a ZERO on the AP Test....it was so hard that I died during the test...IT WAS SO SO HARD...(I think you guys know how I feel)

I am so depressed because I worked SOO hard...

how so?.......

ye quizquick that's it....well now i know i got at least 1 FR right

Quick Quiz that's exactly what I did lol!!!!
idk, I mean I got 4/6 of the FR.
Number 6 wasn't that bad. It took me a while to understand what they were talking about(tell you more after 48 hours passed) but I'm pretty confident I got it.
Third part on the M=D+E totally threw me off. I just guessed lol.

Eh, I thought the multiple choice was pretty easy, then my outlook of the test changed after the free response ones. 1 was straight forward enough, I got parts a and c on question 2, I'm confident about numbers 3 and 4, I kinda made up some random crap on number 5 since I concentrated the bulk of my time on number 6, which I never got anyway; if I'm lucky, I got parts a and b right on number 6 and I might possibly get a 1 on that question. :D

lol I answered all 6, but I probably average a 2 on each of them.

for the experiment question, were we supposed to have control groups?
I included them just in case

wats considered a normal curve for AP Stats?
isn't the raw score 100 for AP Stats?
can someone tell me the range (raw score) for 3, 4, and a 5

oh yea, since this is my first ever ap test, can anyone tell me when the answers to the FRQ will be available online?
Thanks

6 supposedly dealt with F-tests...which is chapter 15 in my book...which meant that all 20 kids who took the exam from my school were CLUELESS (including myself, of course)

look at the other AP Stat thread below this one

do you guys think they'll change the raw scores for each grade?? Maybe lower everything by a few points?

I'm hoping they do, because based on my confidence level for how I did on the exam, I think I would have a raw score of about 67, so yeah, lowering the raw score would benefit me pretty nicely.

(n-1) s^2/ chi square right < pop variance < (n-1) s^2 / chi square left. Then do a one sided test at the 5%sig level. This is what my teacher put up on the board one day, it helped so much.

And I thought the other FR were really easy, except a part c.
The MC I left one blank because I was in between two answers, and whenever I guess I get it wrong. I guessed on like 2 other because I was almost sure.

AP Stat was a joke. The FRQ were moderately difficult (the what is S and #6 were a bit hard), but the MC was ridiculously easy. I bet you half my class gets a 4 or 5 without prep haha. Seriously I sat there during the MC for like 50 minutes and 30 minutes on the FRQ.

I feel like crying right now about the blank spaces in number 6 (and a couple other places). That is all.

i got owned by the free response

the probability one was kinda crazy, i know there's formulas for it but i didn't know. the last one, i just used that little equation they gave for the chi-squared. if that's wrong, then i guess i bombed that question. and i agree, this year's FR was harder than the previous years. i thought the multiple choice was ok, cept for maybe 10 or so that either i didn't know or i had to guess between 2 answers.
