If you try hard enough and get your parents to complain, then you can get into an AP class as a freshman :D .

Last year (my 9th grade year), two students took AP classes. One took AP Biology and the other took AP Chemistry. I knew both of them and they both got A's in their classes. The AP Bio girl got a 4 on her exam, and the girl who was in AP Chemistry got a **5/b.

So, it's not impossible to take AP classes in 9th grade. If you want to take an AP or two, then I would recommend you to take a history AP; probably either world or european.

My school offers 5 AP classes to sophomores: U.S. History, Calculus AB, U.S. Government, Physics B, and Chemistry. For some reason, AP Biology wasn't offered this year (probably not enough interest).
