Does anyone know if it's possible take AP exams when living in Europe?

I think it is. If your school doesn't offer them, you need to find a school in your area that does offer them, and ask for information there. Policy regarding test-takers that are not from the school vary from center to center.

As fd88ar already mentioned, you need to find a school offering your desired AP exams. The easiest way to find a school is to write a mail to AP services (apexams@info.collegeboard.org), asking for schools in your area or country. You'll receive an answer within a few days.
I did it myself and have now found a school that allows me to take all of my desired AP exams as a foreign student. However, be aware of the high costs... I will have to pay 100 for each exam and another 98 for each exam that no one other applies to. It's not easy to afford this. (At least for me.)

I got an email within a day. But the costs are ridiculus.
It was 300 AUD for each test! (or 180 euros or 240 USD)

What more can you expect from ETS?

Doing the damn TOEFL and sending score reports cost me $300+. And it still takes more than a month to send the damn report to the college!
