Since I study at a CBSE school, I've never given any AP exam. Is it worth it to write a few of them in the spring before I start college? I'm not sure, but I've heard if I finish some of these exams now, I can graduate early.

Also, if it is worthwhile, which tests should I give? My major will mostly be in Aerospace engineering.

Whether it is worthwhile to write some exams depends upon which college you will be attending. They are not needed for admission, but may be used for granting credit and/or level placement. Which ones, if any, to take depends upon your level of preparation.

I quite sure I’ll be ready for the tests. My only concern is that each exam costs $121 and if I write even the minimum recommend number of exams(4) all related to my major, I’m spending ~$500. How much money am I going to save by not enrolling those courses in college?

Thousands my friend. Thousands of dollars saved.
I’m an A level student (in India), which is equivalent to the AP exams, but nonetheless, I will be giving the AP Calculus BC exam, because its A level equivalent (Further Maths) is far more time consuming and involves topics outside calculus as well, including topics in Mechanics and Statistics. But, I digress. If you’re sure you can score well on the exams, then you should give them.
