AP U.S. Government FRQ?

What are your tips for attacking the FRQ section?

For example, you're not supposed to write in essay form (intro, body paragraphs, conclusion)

Are you supposed to restate part of the question?

Example: What is one way that Congress can check the President?

Would you say: One way Congress can check the President .....

^^ my teacher (AP reader) said not to do that but I feel like he's wrong.

I’m pretty sure as long as you answer what the question is asking, it won’t matter how you answer it. I don’t plan on writing essays on the FRQ’s for this test. :p
