Read Your Bible!

Haha, only fools study for Gov.

Ahem...I mean, yeah, go studying! Be able to talk about the entire law-making process in full detail! ;)

Blossomsnow211,

What?

lol read your Bible

anyway
When was the Constitutional Convention?
a.1994
b1993
c.1774
d.1789

d. of course:)

Today my teacher gave us a "final" to replace our lowest tests score. my score was a 62. the sad part is it replaced my lowest test score of 61.

None of the above? I could have sworn it was 1787. Weren't the Articles of confederation replaced by the constitution in 1789 (d)?

What is the difference between substantive and procedural due process?

its 1787 guys

oh! cool. study study study

This test is pathetically easy.

Im really scared about the essays. They really will kick my ass

ryan- what study guide did you use?

The MC should be very easy...but the essays could cause problems depending on the topic

which court cases do you people think we NEED to know?

I have PR and its ok, but it doesnt describe court cases just merely lists the precedents.

Today I took a full practice test at school and I only missed 4 out of 60 questions on the MC and got all of the essays right. Im not even studying for it at this point.

remember the essays will usually try to trick you with vocab, as long as you know your vocab and a few key court cases you should be fine.

pr is fine for court cases. you should be able to extrapolate things for yourself from what they list.

I'm afraid of the essays.. I think i'll be ok with the MC though.

I was taking the test in the class (mock final) and I never really studied the cases much.. so whenever those problems came along.. I uh... turned to the wall that was right beside me... (i sit at the end in a corner).. where the poster with all the cases were listed.. Cough. I learned some new ones, obviously.

I have to study the cases.. sigh.

wow u guys make me feel bad lol....i can only get like 50-52 on MC raw and essays i can do pretty well......that enough for a 5?? I know like 10 court cases....PR LIST.

court cases are one of the most important things to know. learn as many as you can, you'll need them for the free response. When it says "Explain...," throwing in court cases as examples WHY etc are easy ways to get the second point.
