Someone let me know if they had Form S and what they got on the MCQs
@uwalummom Synthesis is one of the required components of the DBQ and long essay in which you have to connect the issue that you’re writing about to some other historical period or extend/modify your thesis accordingly.
No, it’s not.
Not the first time there’s been multiple versions. O is the operating version (the “normal” or “standard” one). Other alternate forms exist and they’re not necessarily given based on geographical location. Some tests are the same, but with scrambled questions. Some tests have entirely different questions. CB stands behind every version being the same in difficulty.
The multiple choice was fair, I felt that I got most of them correct. The frq section was a complete joke, my teacher actually assigned to the exact same prompt as the long essay and 3/4 of the frq during one of his class exams. I thought the the DBQ itself was pretty nice, everything came together nice and easily. I’m expecting a 5.
I also got a lot of B’s and quite a bit of A’s (form O) I also loved the DBQ and the short answers but the LEQ I had to bs it because I knew neither the amendments nor anything about WW1 LOL. Expecting a 3/4
^i feel like form O and form S are basically the same, you got the same frqs @sprights …
I got a few C’s but it was at the beginning of the test and then here and there, mainly loads of B’s and some A’s
International right? Same.
nah US east coast @bsdsj22
Bleh. I had Form I, which I’m assuming stands for international XD
I wish we could see correct answers after the test
Our teacher did a prediction before the test on which topics would come up for the free response and got most of them right. I feel like I did pretty well on the written parts, and the MC wasn’t too bad. Probably a 5.
Ok seriously did NO ONE get Form S…I wish I could discuss multiple choice
Did anyone notice that the short free responses all had something in common in term of what periods they were from, and the long responses / DBQ all had something in common too? I don’t say to say it, but I think people who took Form O might get it.
I got Form O. I counted the number of each letter I got. 17 As, 21 Bs, 8 Cs, and 9 Ds.
^thats really close to me, with Form S. I feel like Form O and S are the same thing with scrambled questions probably.
I didn’t count @shanabanana1 but it is really close to estimates
@Politsci889 I almost did the same thing! I wrote the first part of the first question on the fourth page and then noticed and crossed it out and stuff. It was a close call. I think it will be fine for you though.
Felt that the exam was moderate in difficulty. Couple of the multiple choice questions really screwed with me, but the SAQs were really simple (anyone else feel like the 4th one was RREEAALLLYYY lazy? xD). DBQ was, of course, very obscure from what I’d studied, but essay question 2 was really good for me.
