Started period 3 last week

@sewin2music Same

What period is everyone on? We are about to start period 5.

@HelloThereHola We are finishing period 5 next week.I think that my class is going too fast though. My teacher doesn’t cover things very well. :frowning:

We just started Period 4, we are super behind.

@sewin2music @Tobster18 I’m with you guys. My class meets every other day for the whole year but if something falls on the day we’re supposed to have the class, we just don’t get to make it up. And every time there’s a field trip or a test (PSAT) or anything, it’s this class instead of AP Gov (we meet every other day the whole year too. It switches between these two. We are on block schedule). So whenever we do have the class, it’s playing catch up and she just prints off the notes and lectures us through them while we highlight important stuff. It’s such an ineffective learning method.

My class is just about to finish period 5. I think that this current period is the most interesting so far.

My class is still on period 4, I don’t know when we’ll finish. We’ve been going at a pretty good pace but this is definitely the most boring period by far in my opinion.

What period y’all on? May 5th is quickly approaching… yikes.

I don’t really know the periods @shaneyboy123 but we are in WW2 right now.

@shaneyboy123 We are on period 7

@shaneyboy123 We are on period 8, the Cold War.

I hope AMSCO is going to be enough guys because my teacher is NO help! :((

nice, we’re on period 8 as well

Does the APUSH exam feel easier than World’s for y’all? We took last year’s exam for practice yesterday and it felt less high risk than the old AP World exam.

@Hamlon I haven’t taken AP World yet so I wouldn’t know, but I think the exams are set up pretty similar.

We’re on Period 7, but I will be heavily relying on AMSCO.

What’s AMSCO?

@lindsgal It’s an APUSH textbook

Well guys. I am gonna read the entire AMSCO book between now and next Friday lmao. My class is still on World War 2 and we’re actually stopping there lol. Time to cram

Our class is reading American Pageant 14th ed. and we stopped at chapter 37, which is based around Truman’s leadership. I can’t believe we’re so far behind, so I’m basically in the same boat as you. I didn’t plan well and thus don’t have access to any additional study books, so I’ll be reviewing Adam Norris videos and looking through notes, then making bullet notes for each president’s administration to truly solidify the information and connect themes.

Hopefully this, along with a few practice DBQs and MCs from CollegeBoard will be enough! Good luck to everyone on this final stretch!
