I am looking for someone to take over my lease that runs until August 2012. This is perfect for someone looking for a place to live this summer.</p>
<p>Great apartment complex (I think the best student apartments by UCF), also the closest (literally behind the UCF stadium so you can walk to the games). Other 2 roommates are quiet and respectful. </p>
<p>I believe rent would be around 615/month which includes utilities. This is the best room layout in the apartment complex, biggest room and biggest bathroom in a gerat location within the complex. You can come check it out.</p>
