Apartment Style dorms

<p>Hey. I am applying for summer housing and have chosen to go for an apartment style dorm. I have friends who stayed in Waters Street last summer and it was a really nice building...but I was wondering which ones ppl think are the best. The ones offered for summer are Broome Street, Carlyle Court, Cliff Street, Coral Towers, Greenwich Hotel, Lafayette Street, Palladium, Third Avenue North, University Court, University Hall, Water Street. Which ones are the nicest. Location isn't a big deal. I mean U Hall and THird ave north are closest to where I need to be, but willing to go further if the building is nice.</p>

<p>I'm interested in this too. My son just found out that he has a summer internship in NYC. He'll be working in Midtown.</p>

<p>If location isn't important, then Water St. and Cliff St. are clearly the nicest. If you want to be near the NYU campus, then Palladium or Carlyle is probably the way to go.</p>
