<p>You shouldn't even be thinking about the internet. Dorm because you will meet way more people, have lot's of random fun, and have the whole "freshmen" experience. You can only do it once in life, DO IT. Btw, the internet in the dorms is fast (I'm specifically talking about UCI because I go there and lived in the dorms freshmen year), don't worry about that, and certainly don't pick an apartment over the dorms because you think your internet options are going to be better.</p>
