APES - Biogeochemical Cycles

I know the AP Environmental Science test covers biogeochemical cycles, but to what depth should I know and understand them? I am self-studying. Thanks.

I am taking the class right now as a sophomore. We finished chapter 6, which involves the cycles, and we went pretty in depth with the nitroggen cycle. We memorized all the specific steps, what happens, and so on. The other cycles we did not go into as much detail, but we still went over the human effects from each cycle and some other stuff. (ex. where is a lot of phosphorous stored, what is the carbon source/sink, and so on) Youi should know, that one year, they had an entire essay just on the nitrogen cycle. It would not hurt to spend some time on them.

Thanks, blabbermouth!
