What exactly is the process to appeal my decision? It doesn’t seem like Davis has a form like UCSD has so would I write an email/letter to an admissions counselor? Thanks!

Appeal submissions must include:
the freshman appeal request or transfer appeal request,
a statement describing your special circumstances,
official or self-reported academic records,
any other documentation, including letters of recommendation (suggested).
