<p>Hey guys, I'm wondering if you're allowed to appeal scholarships or grants to UCI. I got absolutely no financial aid--all loans--and my efc is 9k but my bro is starting med school next year so it's pretty bad on my parents. i got 4.6 my last semester, do u think if i send them a transcript and a nice letter i stand a chance or do they not even consider appeals..?</p>
